Mr. Lau was born in Zhungshan, China and moved to Hong Kong in 1957. He graduated in Chinese Language and Literature from Kingsway College, Hong Kong in 1966. He also learned Chinese Calligraphy under Mr. Kwung-Hou Fung. After he immigrated to Canada in 1968, .......
